RMA - Return of goods Authorized

RMA stands for  “Return Material Agreement”, a feature which allows everyone to ship back to us a faulty product.

Every package address to our Company is accepted only if authorized and with a no. RMA that we gave you before.

When can RMA be requested?

REPAIR
This service is available only for Italy.

MODCHIP INSTALLATION
This service is available only for Italy.

RMA DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:
You can ship back to us defective/faulty goods for replacement or money back, (only for goods purchased on our web site).

INCORRECT/FUALTY GOODS:
You have received the wrong or faulty product instead of the selected one? It’s our mistake, you will have to pay for the shipping charges to send the product back to us and on the other hand we shall send the correct/repaired product free of charge.

How can a RMA be requested?
It is a simple procedure, you NEED to be a registered user to access the RESERVED area for “Return Material Agreement” request

 Each request made is applied for only one or a group of products of the same kind

Please, read below:

Field: "Product description":
Insert the product name (printed on your invoice), the product name can also be found on our website.

Field: "Product code"
Insert the product code correctly (if available) the RMA request will be issued faster.

Field "Amount" or quantity
Key in the quantity of  products to be shipped.

Field: "Document purchase reference"
Key in the purchase document when the product is still under guarantee period.
Each product has a guarantee period up to 24 months , generally the accessories have 3 only months.
You can easily find all the details on your invoice/s which you can download while you are logged.

Field: "Document Date"
Insert the Document Date.

Field: "kind of RMA"
Select the type of RMA that you necessitate (example: repair…)

Field: " Product in warrantee YES/NO"
Select Yes/No if the product is still under guarantee.

Field "Product’s defect"
Select “other” or “altro”.

Field: "Additional notes"
In this field you can write the reason of the request of RMA.

And what happens when I sent the RMA FORM?

Our staff will visualize your RMA FORM and than will email as soon as possible.
